Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and in original condition

In their original packaging (including shoe box)

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Note: We cannot accept returns on worn shoes, unless there's a manufacturing defect.
How to Return or Exchange

Submit a Return Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email. -
Pack Your Items
Repack your shoes in their original box and place them in a shipping bag or box. -
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid return label provided, or send the package to the address below:

Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow extra time for your bank to post the transaction.
